About me

With over 12 years of personal practice combined with inspirational yoga teacher training at Triyoga, I aim to share a strong, dynamic yoga practice where physical strength and flexibility come together with inner strength and emotional grounding to create balance that can be felt on and off the yoga mat. We all live such busy lives, so time spent on the mat, moving our bodies and practising stillness and steadiness of the mind is such a wonderful thing to do… come join me!
